LABELING OF UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCTS
Any product not supplied by the franchiser that is sold with in the franchise system at [Franchise business unit] that are not controlled under franchisers quality control system, must be identified as UNAUTHORIZED, in order to protect public image of franchise and franchise products. All products must be labeled and any advertisements of such products must be labeled as well.
